This apartment has been a great place to live from time to time for each of the SEAL brothers and many friends and family. Out at the old homestead in Gavers, Ohio, we have a great little apartment above the garage. We are willing to rent it to a Club Member or someone referred by one.

The apartment is next to the house where the Newbold boys grew up. Their mother lives there still. It is completely private and hosts beautiful country views. If you are looking for a place out of town where you can enjoy what nature has to offer, this just might be the place. The apartment is in great condition.
